Regulación constitucional del Sistema de Pensiones del Perú: la búsqueda del equilibrio entre la protección y la (in)sostenibilidad financiera

La Constitución es la fuente primera de la seguridad social, al ser la norma principal de la cual emanarán los principios que establece cada Estado al determinar su política sobre dicha materia (ámbito de comprensión y aplicación concreta de derechos, obligaciones, requisitos y demás parámetros de la misma), por lo cual es de importancia capital el estudio de las disposiciones específicas de la Carta Magna peruana de 1993 que la desarrollan, en temas como la universalidad, la administración pública y privada de su gestión, la intangibilidad de los fondos y reservas previsionales, entre otros.
