Movilidad de ingresos en los sectores formal e informal en la Ciudad de México 2005-2019

Se busca determinar la diferencia en la movilidad de ingresos para los trabajadores del sector formal y del sector informal en la Ciudad de México. Se usa un Pseudo-panel basado en la Encuesta Nacional de Empleo (ENOE), para construir cohortes, y se estima una ecuación de
movilidad absoluta y otra de movilidad condicionada.

Los resultados sugieren que en la CDMX existe una baja movilidad absoluta y condicionada de los ingresos de los ocupados formales e informales. Sin embargo, el sector informal tiene una menor movilidad de ingresos en comparación con el sector formal. Una política pública de empleo formal podría favorecer a la población joven y ocupada que se encuentra en los deciles de ingreso más bajos en ambos sectores.
