Derecho a la seguridad social. Pensiones de vejez e invalidez

El objeto de este número son las decisiones que ha tomado la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación durante las Novena y Décima Épocas en materia de pensiones de vejez e invalidez. Las prestaciones aquí presentadas conservan la denominación que se encuentra en el Convenio 102 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo, esto es, precisamente, pensiones de invalidez y vejez que, aunque tienen el mismo beneficio, reciben nombres diferentes en las diversas legislaciones de seguridad social -por ejemplo, jubilación, cesantía en edad avanzada, entre otros-.
